West Chester Univ. – Carnival of Ruin Theatrical Performance
Big top…check! Carnival performers…check! Beautiful dancing…check! Everything made from recycled materials…check!
The West Chester Univ. Department of Theatre and Dance has created a wonderful performance entitled, “Carnival of Ruin”, that follows the Carnival Barker as he learns more about sustainable living. Every element of the set and costuming is post-consumer material. For example, the big top is made from single use plastic bags and the mermaid’s tale is made from old soda cans, wow!
Two free performances available, 11a & 3p, but audience limited to 100, so get your tickets when available online starting on February 1st!
